Absolutely love you guys! I was reluctant to seek another cleaning company after a few horrible experiences but so happy I did! My home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and the girls do an amazing job in a timely manner keeping it affordable! I am very particular about my home so I really appreciate your attention to detail. Misty & Sara make me feel like I've known them forever which gives me much comfort in trusting them with our lake house! Jeff and his crew did a great job from start to finish replacing our old wooden deck with a composite one. Jeff was great to work with from day one when he showed up with deck and rail samples. Jeff did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He also did some repairs and built some new steps and they were great as well. He was also helpful finding us options for other projects (flooring) even when he wasn't the one doing the work. Jeff did a great job at our lake house. A big problem with getting anything done at Lake of the Ozarks is locating reputable contractors who do what they say they’re going to do. I contacted Jeff to update the exterior of our lake home after receiving glowing reviews about All in One Home and Condo from a family member who had them build a garage. Our lake home was old and in need of lots of exterior TLC and during our initial meeting Jeff had some great ideas about how to address these items in particular an old saggy screened porch with blown out screens that could not easily be repaired or replaced. The work performed by the crew including painting, sofet and gable work, gutters, doors and stabilizing the porch and updating the screens, and it looks great. Jeff was responsive that the work area was cleaned when they were done with the job. We are not at the house full time, and were not on-site when the work was performed, but Jeff worked with us to get the job done when we were not there and was very responsive to calls and texts and sent pictures of the project during and after completion. Jeff is responsive to calls, texts and emails and I would gladly work with him on the next project!

I'm one of those non-resident lake home owners that was worried about finding a local contractor that would 1) show up; 2) do quality work; and 3) actually COMPLETE the job. Well, I hit a grand slam with J.L. All In One Home and Condo Care. Jeff (owner), Kenny (foreman) & Danny (lead) did an outstanding job! Members of team showed up each morning by 7:30 and put in a full day based on the schedule. The team installed a new roof, sided my home, fixed a bunch of hidden problems (with my approval first), and built my wife and I a new screened-in deck of our dreams. The work consisted of many projects and their communication was always first rate during each of them. I could always reach Jeff and/or Kenny, which is a huge benefit when having large-scale work done 3 hours away! I would recommend their work to anyone!
